Lateashea Foster
Founder & President
Lateashea Foster currently holds a Masters in Disability Studies from the City University School of Professional Studies, a Master of Science in Special Education from City College, a Bachelor of Science in Human Services from New York Technical College and a certification in ABA Therapy. She is also an Associate Certified Life Coach with a specialty in Behavior Strategies and Parent Training.
Mrs. Foster has an extensive background in human services and has dedicated much of her working career in advocating and linking families to much needed services for adults and children with disabilities. Mrs. Foster has also worked with various agencies throughout the United States and has extensive experience in training, supervision, and staff development.
Mrs. Foster has been in the field of human services for over 20 years, in which she has been integral in providing services to special needs children and their families. She founded a not-for-profit program, Diamond Multi-Services LLC & INC with a second location in Atlanta, Georgia.
